Lioncash	d21b2164e9	kernel/errors: Clean up error codes ... Similar to PR 1706, which cleans up the error codes for the filesystem code, but done for the kernel error codes. This removes the ErrCodes namespace and specifies the errors directly. It seems palma is done through bluetooth, we need this for pokemon go however more research needs to be done when we actually get palma working.
